An invitation from Encore Heureux architects to occupy MetaVilla, the French pavilion at the Venice Architecture Biennale.

One week to put together a collection of ideas on redefining the building blocks of architecture. Eleven experts from a wide range of fields, including architects, designers, an engineer, a stage director, an illustrator and a graphic artist, were invited to pool their talents and ingenuity to produce, through various creative processes and games of association, a series of ideas with stunning evocative power. Published in the form of a handcrafted book and printed in only 20 numbered copies, this collection of drawings is the fruit of a productive encounter in the heart of the Giardini della Biennale in Venice.
